Old bottles have their own particular shape so the wood was cut, hand shaped and sanded to fit and hold each piece of history. Various types of woods used are, teak, mahogany, oak, cedar and pine are what is best for a piece that will last for years

These live edge cedar planks hade to be hand sanded and the surfaces leveled. You don't want a tippy tray. They are stained and coated with three to four layers of polyurethane so they will last for years to come.
